Forestt Trail – Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Forestt Trail, a brand of Go Green Spices Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines our guidelines for order cancellation and refunds.
- Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please log in to your Forestt Trail account and navigate to your “Order History” or contact our Customer Support immediately at [Insert Forestt Trail Phone Number] or forestttrail@gmail.com.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may be eligible to return the product as per our Return Policy (if applicable for the product type).
- Seller-Initiated Cancellation: In rare circumstances, Forestt Trail or our partner sellers may cancel an order due to reasons such as:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Unforeseen operational issues
- Delivery address not serviceable
- If your order is canceled by us, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
- Refund Policy
Refunds are processed based on the following conditions:
- Cancellation of Prepaid Orders: If you cancel a prepaid order before shipment, a full refund will be initiated.
- Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify our Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.
- Missing Items: If items are missing from your order, please notify our Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate and arrange for the missing items to be delivered or issue a partial/full refund as appropriate.
- Quality Issues: For perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.), if you are not satisfied with the quality, please notify us immediately upon delivery with supporting images. We will review your claim and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a refund or credit.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain product categories, especially perishable goods, may be marked as non-returnable unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
- Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed once the cancellation is confirmed or the issue has been validated.
- The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI and may require you to provide bank account details.
- General Conditions
- Forestt Trail reserves the right to modify or waive off the cancellation and refund conditions at its discretion.
- In case of disputes, Forestt Trail’s decision will be considered final.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
